Korean Language Hotel and Flight Ticket Order Consultation Specialist (Direct Headquarters Recruitment), Ganjingzi District, Dalian. 10 openings, no experience required, associate degree minimum. Responsibilities: provide travel consultation and booking services to customers including flights and hotels; deliver high-quality customer responses via phone, chat, and email according to efficiency and quality targets; actively listen to customer needs and provide quality service; maintain strict confidentiality of customer information; proactively, patiently and empathetically resolve customer issues during first contact; provide timely feedback, collect customer opinions and suggestions, and prepare summary reports; stay updated on new products, market activities, and policy or regulatory changes. Requirements: Korean language proficiency (TOPIK level 6 / Korean major level 8, fluent spoken Korean and interpretation ability), English reading and writing ability, strong communication skills and polite courteous demeanor, excellent computer skills such as Word and Excel, outstanding service awareness and professional dedication, strong adaptability and proactive attitude, strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, capacity to handle work pressure, and ability to accept evening shifts.
