Duties: provide Korean language interpretation and customer service to international visitors, assist with product recommendations, cash register operations, gift wrapping, stock merchandise, manage inventory, and back-office operations including lifting/hauling. Schedule: shift-based (07:30–16:30, 10:00–19:00, or 11:45–20:45), 7.5 working hours with 1.5-hour break, minimum 4 days/week, bi-weekly rotation including weekends. Compensation: ¥1,400+/hour (experience-based); partial transport allowance (max ¥20,000/month). Requirements: must commute to Kansai International Airport; fluent Korean speaker (mandatory) — 韓国語が話せる方 (インバウンド対応メイン).
