The role is to teach Korean lessons to students who are interested in Korean language and culture, with a friendly, enjoyable teaching style rather than formal pedagogy. Duties include private lessons (1-3 students) and group lessons (3-8 students), plus participation in cultural events such as Korean cooking classes, makeup workshops, class exchange meetings and Korea tour planning. Requirements: associate degree or above, JLPT N2 or higher Japanese proficiency (mandatory), passion for Korean language and culture; teaching experience is not required and customer service experience is preferred. Compensation is a per-lesson rate of 1,300-2,000 yen per 50-minute class plus a base commission, with monthly examples of 228,000-340,000 yen for 160 lessons; base commissions scale from 4,000 yen (20+ lessons) up to 30,000 yen (200+ lessons per month), and raises are possible based on performance.
