Korean customer service (two shift groups available). Job duties: provide post-sales support for flight and hotel orders via phone and email, no sales involvement. Requirements: 1+ year relevant experience, associate degree minimum, excellent service awareness and communication; Korean must reach business-level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing with seamless communication with native speakers; English normal communication plus reading/writing. Compensation: Group 1 9,280 RMB base plus 500 transportation plus 220 meal allowance (8am-8pm shift, superior English oral required); Group 2 7,280-7,780 RMB base plus allowances (8am-9pm shift with 80 late-shift bonus, lower English requirements).
