Position: Customer Service Specialist (2027 Campus Recruitment), Shanghai Pudong New Area, Bachelor degree or above (2027 graduating students), no experience required. Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle passenger inquiries, ticket modifications/refunds/changes, and complaint resolution through online and offline channels. 2. Implement passenger care services and frequent flyer member consultation services. 3. Execute company procedures for flight delays/cancellations; provide flight protection and rebooking. 4. Implement marketing products and services per company strategy; complete customer acquisition tasks and data entry/feedback. 5. Assist department leadership in customer satisfaction improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 2027 graduating class; civil aviation-related majors prioritized. 2. CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; small language abilities (Japanese, Korean, etc.) preferred. 3. Customer-oriented, integrity, diligence, teamwork, strong stress resilience.
