Employment Type: Full-time Internship. Key Responsibilities: New project assessment: Provide cost analysis tables for new/existing customer projects to marketing department. New project development: Establish project teams, define development objectives, assign roles; create and monitor project schedules; conduct phase review meetings; communicate with clients on project requirements; coordinate internal departments; achieve phase targets; submit progress documentation; manage project lifecycle. Project execution: Provide capacity analysis before small-batch trial production; compile MIL summaries for all phases; discuss MIL with clients and propose solutions; review engineering changes; approve supplier materials/components; analyze monthly performance and implement improvements. Project closure: Handle EOL-related tasks. Team management: Supervise PE/QE work progress and quality. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree. Technical knowledge: Materials forming background (not mandatory). Skills: Read 2D engineering drawings/tolerances; understand injection molding/die casting/MIM/machining/stamping/tooling concepts; data sensitivity; MS Office proficiency; PMP certification preferred. Languages: English CET-4+, oral communication preferred; Korean required.
