Position: Korean Language / Accommodation Support Call Center Staff (Opening / 3-Day Weekends OK)

Salary: 1,600-2,000 yen/hour (higher rate 2,000 yen for 10 PM - 5 AM shifts); transportation allowance up to 26,000 yen/month
Responsibilities:
Support guests at unmanned accommodation facilities via phone, email, chat, and video calls. Handle check-in/check-out inquiries, reservation confirmations, amenity requests, cleaning coordination, billing support, and administrative tasks. Serve Japanese and international guests.
Requirements:
- Business-level Korean proficiency
- PC skills (smooth typing, Excel, business email)
- Call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
