Responsibilities:
Support marketplace seller inquiries via chat and email (20-30 chat messages, approximately 60 emails daily). Handle refunds, status changes, review/image requests, login issues, and new seller inquiries. Phone support provided as needed. Duties include payment processing, platform navigation assistance, and merchant onboarding support.
Requirements:
- Japanese-Korean bilingual proficiency required
- No prior experience necessary
