Required qualifications: three years minimum in master recording production and business-level Japanese. Preferred experience includes A&R work at domestic or international labels, music writer management, DAW operation proficiency, understanding of domestic and international music trends, knowledge of K-pop and the entertainment sector, and business-level English and Korean skills (ビジネスレベルの韓国語スキル).
