Accounts Payable Professional | IFF | Kunshan City, China | Entry-level | Full-time Job Summary: Join IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences. This role sits in the Global Business Services (GBS) center Finance team. Key Responsibilities: - Process supplier invoices for Asia entities within centralized Finance Shared Center, ensuring timely, accurate SAP posting - Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, legal requirements, tax regulations, and accounting policies (3-way match verification) - Identify invoice discrepancies, issue exception notices, and proactively resolve issues - Serve as primary contact for Korean-speaking vendors, handling inquiries and complaints - Build strong working relationships with operations teams and business stakeholders - Review payment proposals and supporting documents; process urgent/ad-hoc payments - Perform monthly account reconciliations with prompt escalation of aged items - Support internal controls, audit requirements, SOX compliance, and process improvements Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Fluent Korean (reading, writing, speaking); strong English reading/writing with basic speaking ability - Strong communication and customer service mindset - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) - Cross-functional collaboration or project experience - High attention to detail with accuracy and risk awareness - Strong time management for multiple tasks under pressure Preferred Qualifications: - Accounts Payable or Finance Shared Service Center experience - SAP or other ERP system experience - Vendor management, procurement (PO), or SOX/internal control familiarity Benefits: - Attractive compensation with free shuttle bus and lunch - Home office 2 days/week post-probation - Work-life balance, training and development programs
