Position: Online Advertising Specialist for Asia Market (Korean Speaking) Company: Pattern Location: Shenzhen, China Essential Duties: - Lead marketing activities in Asia markets (particularly Korea) to drive traffic on Coupang and Naver - Implement data-driven approach for marketplace sales via paid search, display ads, platform deals/coupons, retargeting - Collaborate with partners and internal teams on digital advertising project goals - Research and test keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy - Perform market research for full-funnel strategies - Oversee brand relationships and lead digital advertising performance presentations - Lead creation of localized content, assets, and tools - Liaise with internal teams, agencies, vendors, other Pattern departments Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher - Digital and social media marketing experience - Proven track record in marketing strategy, demand generation, business development - Expertise in Coupang and Naver Shopping marketing tools - Demonstrated success in sales and marketing plans - Innovative mindset for future growth and strategic execution - Strong analytical and creative skills - Up-to-date with e-commerce marketing trends
