Analyst, Merchant Care (Product Technical Support) - Korean Speaking at Checkout.com in Shanghai (financial services). Responsibilities: handle merchant inquiries and issues via email, phone and chat; troubleshoot and resolve payment issues, technical challenges and account concerns; collaborate with operations, product and engineering teams; educate merchants on platform features and payment processes; work 11:00-20:00 including public holidays with WeChat instant-messaging support. Requirements: fluent in Mandarin and English with working proficiency in written/spoken Korean; 2+ years support or operations experience, preferably in payments; strong problem-solving; CRM tool proficiency (Zendesk, Salesforce). Preferred: familiarity with payment processing systems and fintech platforms.
