Architect (Korean-Speaking) - UNS Shanghai office UNS is an international architectural firm active across architecture projects ranging from small to large scale, with international, multidisciplinary, design-oriented, ambitious yet non-hierarchical, team-based culture. Requirements: - Professional Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent - 3-8+ years experience as architect/designer at leading international firms with built projects - Strong design aesthetics, creativity in development and detailing - Proven experience with cultural, retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects - Technical problem-solving with innovative architectural solutions (construction/shop drawings) - Extensive facade, architecture, and interior detailing expertise - Strong knowledge of Asian products, materials, construction methods - Performance specification writing experience - Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean REQUIRED; additional fluency in Cantonese preferred - Proficiency: Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite; D5 Render knowledge a plus Benefits per local legislation and UNS Shanghai standards.
