Assistant Manager of Korean Sales & Marketing - The Grand Ho Tram, Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area, permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Korean market including corporate groups, travel agencies, golf groups and VIP customers; support the maintenance and growth of relationships with Korean agents and key customers; assist in achieving departmental revenue and visitation targets; support planning and execution of concerts, sporting events, golf tournaments and VIP functions; coordinate artist, guest and VIP arrangements covering accommodation, transportation and dining; prepare marketing presentations, sales reports and business proposals; support Korean-language content development and translation for marketing campaigns; maintain strong relationships with Korean VIP customers; coordinate with Hotel Operations, Casino Marketing, VIP Services, Golf Operations and Food & Beverage departments; prepare departmental budgets, forecasts and monthly reports; manage customer records and sales activity reports; greet and meet customers, explain programs and settlement of accounts; liaise with the VIP Services Team for guest experiences; arrange transportation, room bookings and restaurant reservations; work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, higher education preferred; 2-3 years experience in hotel, golf and casino operations; preference for pre-opening integrated resort experience with 500 or more tables or 1,000 or more slot machines; well-groomed appearance; fluent in English, Korean is a plus; excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills; strong understanding of luxury hospitality concepts; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to prioritize multiple complex projects with attention to detail; creative problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
