Associate Intern, Korean Speaker - Third Bridge (高临咨询), Shanghai (Jing'an District), 300 CNY/day. About the role: Third Bridge was founded on the belief that human insights drive intelligent investment decisions. Clients need access to relevant experts and their insights through private consultations and exclusive content from expert interviews. This role supports the Research team in identifying and recruiting specialists into Third Bridge's network of industry experts, and facilitating consultations between those specialists and clients such as private equity firms, hedge funds and management consultancies. Responsibilities: - Use internal and external tools to source industry specialists - Facilitate consultations and schedule calls between clients and specialists - Arrange interpreters and assist specialists with pre-consultation processes - Maintain accurate communication records in the company intranet systems Qualifications: - Working towards a bachelor's degree - Passionate and energetic, with a dynamic spirit - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented, able to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking - Self-motivated starter, organised, able to work independently - Able to work at least 3 days per week - Fluency in oral and written English and Korean Benefits: potential conversion to full-time employment, participation in employee-led committees (Diversity, ESG, Charity, CSR), in-office perks including free food, barista-style coffee, weekly yoga classes and social events.
