This pivotal role delivers high-quality primary research insights to clients by connecting them with relevant industry experts. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with global Project Managers to support clients in gathering primary research insights - Identify, recruit, and manage industry experts for consultations and surveys based on client needs - Screen expert profiles and responses to assess subject matter expertise and suitability - Coordinate and schedule expert consultations and meetings between advisors and clients - Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain accurate records in CRM system - Collaborate closely with international team members to optimize service delivery - Support Korean clients during night shift coverage, providing continuity when Japan-based Project Managers are offline Required Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree - 2-3 years of experience in client service, account management, or related field - Fluency in English and Korean (spoken and written) - Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all professional levels - Proven ability to work both independently and as part of global team Compensation & Benefits: - 14 annual leave days, 11 legal holidays, 7 full paid sick days - Social insurances and housing fund - Shanghai CBD office location with metro accessibility - Competitive salary based on experience
