Korean BD (Business Development) HJ-Micro | Guangzhou, Guangdong, China | Mid-Senior Level | Full-time Salary: CN¥15,000-25,000/month Responsibilities: - Execute technical services and product sales for Cyagen in Korean market; achieve sales targets - Develop and optimize sales strategies; increase revenue and market share - Maintain customer relationships; understand needs; provide proactive service; conduct regular follow-ups - Research Korean market dynamics and competitor activity; collect marketing intelligence - Participate in market research, analysis, and promotional planning - Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration for sales activities - Support new product launches and customer training - Execute additional tasks assigned by management Requirements: - Master's degree minimum (PhD preferred) in biotechnology, molecular biology, or related field - 3+ years experience in similar role within industry (preferred) - Long-term Korea residency preferred - Strong business development, communication, and learning capabilities - Excellent logical thinking - Fluent Korean with native-level listening, speaking, reading, writing; able to communicate seamlessly with distributors and customers
