Tesla seeks an ambitious Benefits Consultant for its Regional Compensation and Benefits team. Responsibilities: support the Regional Benefits Leader in designing, reviewing, and implementing regional benefits policies and plans (insurance, leave, recognition, wellbeing programs); communicate benefits policies clearly to HRBPs, leaders, and employees; review existing benefits processes and develop new regional compensation policies; implement internal benefits tools and systems; administer employee benefits and wellbeing programs leveraging external best practices; manage vendor relationships; partner with HRBPs and business teams to align programs with Tesla's benefits strategy; conduct ad-hoc data analysis on market trends and benchmarking data; monitor emerging regulations and ensure statutory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field, or demonstrated experience as Benefits Broker; 1-2 years as Reward Specialist or Benefits Consultant (consulting experience preferred); strong understanding of broad-based regional benefits programs; advanced knowledge of benefits and data-driven decision-making; high integrity and relationship-building capability; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; resilience and flexibility for Tesla's fast-paced culture; fluency in English and Korean is required; experience with Photoshop, video production, or Tableau preferred.
