Brand Acquisition (Korean Speaking) - Cross Border, Shopee Department: Cross Border eCommerce Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor) Location: Ho Chi Minh City About the Team: Support growth of the Korea Local Shop ecosystem through acquiring, onboarding, and incubating Korean local sellers while collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire high-potential Korean local sellers across key categories - Build relationships with brands, distributors, agencies, and seller communities - Support newly onboarded sellers through the activation journey - Educate sellers on platform tools, campaigns, ads, livestream, and growth opportunities - Drive seller performance through data-driven business reviews - Establish partnerships with industry associations and service providers - Expand Korean local seller ecosystem and platform awareness - Drive strategic KR Local Shop expansion projects - Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Livestream, Affiliate, Logistics teams - Analyze category trends and competitive landscape Requirements: - 2-5 years Business Development, Sales, Account Management, E-commerce, or Consulting experience - Korean and English business proficiency - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Commercial mindset and ownership - Independent work capability in a fast-paced environment - Data and performance metrics competency Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Korean consumer brand ecosystem in Vietnam - E-commerce, marketplace, or digital commerce experience - Brand, distributor, or agency experience - Seller acquisition or merchant onboarding background
