Roblox seeks an experienced Brand Designer based onsite in Tokyo to support Growth Marketing across APAC. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality, strategically aligned creative work at scale. Responsibilities: produce 6+ concepts monthly across multiple aspect ratios localized for Japan, Korea, and diverse APAC markets; manage the full design process from concept through production including agency briefing and feedback; review and refine assets for cultural relevance across APAC audiences; mentor designers and elevate team craft; lead design presentations with stakeholders; translate strategy into distinctive design systems and brand identities; maintain brand consistency across all marketing surfaces. Required: 7+ years design experience with an exceptional portfolio, agency and/or brand-side experience managing vendors, native Japanese fluency (speaking, reading, writing), advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Slides, Keynote. Preferred: ability to write and speak Korean. Work arrangement: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (mandatory); Monday and Friday optional. Mid-Senior level, full-time.
