BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (WORKING IN THAI BINH) - DAEWOO E&C VINA. Working location: Lô MG01-01, Vincom Shophouse Thai Binh, De Tham ward, Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province. Number of positions: 1. Job description: - Assist in overall business development and maintain understanding of market trends and conditions. - Support department operations with legal basis verification. - Stay updated on real estate policies, processes and reports to support leaders' business development initiatives. - Monitor market trends, legal approval procedures and regulations; assist leaders in sourcing potential investors. - Compile information and produce required reports. - Prepare documents for GMS and BOD meetings; take minutes at GMS and BOD meetings. - Maintain Business Development Department documentation (reports, contracts, addenda, minutes); collect, scan and upload digital copies to the server; organize and store hardcopies. - Maintain relationships with authorities and local partners. - Perform other tasks as assigned by management. General requirements: - University degree in business, finance, real estate, law or foreign languages. - 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in a real estate company. - Good English communication skills for interaction with foreign managers. - Communication skill in Korean is preferred. - Office computer and document management skills.
