Business Operations Manager [Korean/Japan Business Startup]. A Korean B2B TaxTech startup providing professional services and IT solutions (incorporation, accounting, tax, legal support) is expanding into Japan and establishing a Japanese subsidiary. The role takes full responsibility for driving the business in Japan, based in Tokyo. Responsibilities: Develop business strategies and market analyses for Japan; establish virtual office locations (sourcing, negotiations, design); plan sales channels and B2B strategies; improve services based on customer feedback; drive branding together with the Korean marketing team; report to HQ; coordinate with Japanese partners and banks. Requirements: B2B sales / business development experience; experience scaling services in new domains; fluent Japanese (JLPT N1) and fluent Korean (Korean Level: Fluent; 韓国語 fluent required); based in Tokyo. Compensation: ¥5,000,000–¥7,000,000 annually plus social insurance and commuting allowance. Contract: Full-time; five-day workweek with paid holidays; working hours 09:00~18:00.
