Business Partner, People + Talent - HH Global, Tokyo, Japan, Mid-Senior level, Full-time. This position oversees Japan and Korea's People + Talent (P+T) function to drive functional change and organizational transformation, shaping the regional people agenda and aligning HR strategy with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering - serve as business partner, coach, and change agent to local leadership; Colleague Relations & Performance Management - build organizational relationships and coach on employee relations, performance management, career development, and retention; P+T Centers of Excellence Collaboration - work with COEs providing local market insights; Customer-Centric Solutions - analyze customer needs to design P+T solutions; Engagement & Culture - manage colleague engagement initiatives; Performance & Compensation - drive annual performance reviews and Total Rewards reviews; Workforce & Succession Planning - identify future talent needs; Process Improvement; Governance & Compliance - maintain knowledge of legal requirements; Project Support. Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree with minimum 8 years experience; extensive experience as People + Talent Manager or 3+ years in similar role; strong commercial business acumen; demonstrated business partnering capabilities; strong networker; resourceful with hands-on execution; customer-focused and results-oriented.
