Hotel Support Call Center - Korean Language Operator

Employment Type: Part-time/Temporary Contract Staff
Salary: ¥1,600-2,000/hour (¥2,000 during night shifts 22:00-5:00)
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle phone, email, chat, and video call inquiries from Japanese and international guests at unmanned accommodation facilities
- Provide check-in/check-out support and reservation confirmations
- Respond to guest amenity questions and accommodation-related inquiries
- Manage reservations, collect accommodation fees, and coordinate cleaning instructions
- Administrative support tasks
Requirements:
- Business-level Korean proficiency
- Smooth keyboard input capability
- Excel and business email operation skills
- Call center/customer service experience preferred but not required
Schedule: 4-5 days/week with flexible shifts (11:50-17:00 or 13:50-23:00)
