Korean language proficiency at conversational level or above (reading, writing, speaking) required to support Korean sellers and market. Responsibilities: support Korea-to-Japan cross-border business development and quality assurance operations including seller onboarding and growth; provide translation and localization services for seller-facing and internal materials (Korean-Japanese); track business performance through report development and dashboard maintenance; conduct analytical work to identify root causes of operational issues; execute groundwork and implement category or platform campaigns; serve as project management office coordinator for cross-functional initiatives. Preferred: problem-solving and time management experience, data analysis comfort, e-commerce platform knowledge, Korean/Japanese beauty and fashion industry experience.
