Key responsibilities: reception, guidance and patient support during medical procedures; appointment registration, information verification and payment processing; coordinating and guiding both Korean and Vietnamese patients throughout their hospital visit; interpreting between Korean patients and doctors, healthcare staff and related departments; handling patient inquiries and resolving issues within scope of authority; coordinating with relevant departments for patient care; performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: female, 25 years old or above; diploma or bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Foreign Languages or a related field; 3 or more years of experience in reception, cashier, coordination, customer care or interpretation roles, with hospital or clinic experience preferred; Korean TOPIK level 5 with strong communication and interpretation ability; clear and pleasant speaking voice in both Korean and Vietnamese; strong customer service and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate multiple patients simultaneously; honest, careful, enthusiastic and responsible with a customer-oriented mindset; strong cross-department collaboration and stress management; proactive and eager to learn.
