Position: Accounting Leader Candidate, New Legal Entity. CJ ENM Japan is a Korean entertainment and media company subsidiary operating broadcast, OTT, and music businesses. This role supports a new joint venture involving CJ ENM, TBS, and U-NEXT Holdings. Key Responsibilities: Monthly, annual, and IFRS settlement preparation; source tax and tax filing management; coordination with tax professionals and audit firms; budget and forecast management; expense reconciliation; accounts receivable/payable management; credit management; cash flow analysis; payment processing. Required Experience: Ability to independently prepare monthly financial statements from creation through filing. Preferred Qualifications: Korean language proficiency; Japanese Bookkeeping Level 2 certification; multicultural adaptability. Employment Terms: Full-time position; 5,000,000-8,000,000 yen annual compensation; annual salary system with fixed overtime allowance (32 hours/month); Saturday-Sunday-holiday off; 126 annual vacation days; Shinbashi Station location; smoke-free office.
