Work Schedule: 24/7 operations; 8-hour daily shifts, 5 days work/2 days off; shifts between 8:00-21:00. Responsibilities: Provide travel consultation and booking services (flights, hotels); deliver high-quality customer responses via phone, chat, email; practice active listening to understand customer needs; maintain strict confidentiality of customer information; resolve issues proactively on first contact; provide timely feedback and collect customer suggestions; stay updated on new products and promotions.
