Responsibilities: Respond to multi-channel Korean user inquiries (website backend, email); resolve order, product, and after-sales issues; maintain customer service records; handle complaints; ensure product detail pages are accurate and culturally appropriate for Korean users; translate and proofread homepage, promotions, and activity content; daily site maintenance: product updates, page adjustments, link management; support marketing campaign execution; monitor operational metrics; conduct competitor analysis.
