Responsibilities: Provide customer support in Korean for airline and hotel inquiries; collect customer information and handle complaints; ensure customer satisfaction with quality service delivery; coordinate relationships with airlines, hotels, and partner companies. Requirements: Associate degree or above (any major); proficient computer and office software skills; advanced Korean (listening, speaking, reading, writing); basic English reading/writing; prior travel/hospitality experience preferred. Work Schedule: 8:00-17:00 or 12:00-21:00 shifts; two days off weekly.
