Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from Korean customers and resolve inquiries regarding hotels and flight products; modify flight itineraries; handle ticket changes, refunds, and upgrades; process hotel reservation refunds, schedule changes, ticket modifications, waitlist management; drive sales of hotel and related products/services through phone interactions. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent; fluent Korean with solid reading/writing and fluent speaking abilities; excellent customer service awareness and communication skills; strong learning ability and teamwork capability.
