Requirements: 1+ years relevant experience, associate degree minimum, excellent service awareness and communication; Korean business-level fluency in speaking, reading, writing with near-native communication ability; English proficient reading/writing for hotel email correspondence and basic speaking (CET-4 or TOEIC 600+). Work schedule rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm, 5 days per week.
