Korean Customer Service (Hotel Travel Project) at Ingdan Japan, direct hire through Concentrix, Dalian, full-time. Responsibilities: answer customer inquiries in Korean regarding airlines, hotels and related services, collect customer information, handle daily customer service and complaint processing, resolve customer needs with quality and efficiency, coordinate relationships between airlines/hotels/partners to promote bookings. Requirements: associate degree or higher (any major), proficient computer and office skills, excellent Korean listening/speaking/reading/writing, basic English, tourism/hotel industry experience preferred. Work hours 8:00-17:00 or 12:00-21:00, two days off per week. Requires residing in China.
