Responsibilities: answer incoming calls from Korean customers regarding hotel and airline product consultations; process ticket itinerary changes, exchanges, refunds, and upgrades; manage transactions including hotel refunds, schedule modifications, ticket changes, waitlist management, and product information; drive sales of hotel and related services via phone to meet service objectives. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent, fluent Korean with solid reading/writing and speaking proficiency, excellent customer service awareness and communication skills, strong learning ability and team collaboration.
