Position Overview: Due to rapid business expansion, YX LABELS seeks content planning and production specialists. Primary responsibilities include planning, shooting, and producing video and photography content for artist activities, achieving high-quality content aligned with company direction, artist concepts, and fan needs while building globally-deployable content quality. Core Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and produce artist fan content; shoot and edit press video/photography; manage content revision responses; execute editing work including subtitles; manage shooting equipment and editing data; share content production details with other departments (including Japanese-Korean interpretation/translation duties); oversee all Japan subsidiary content production and management; coordinate external vendor schedules. Required Qualifications: Associate degree or higher (any major); minimum 3 years hands-on experience in related roles; video/photography shooting experience or editing skills (particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop); extensive knowledge of K-pop and entertainment content. Preferred Qualifications: Business-level Korean language proficiency (ビジネスレベルの韓国語スキル); media/entertainment industry experience; video, design, or content-related degree specialization; ability to monitor market changes from content production perspective.
