NEXON seeks a Corporate Engineer for the Systems Department/Information Systems Division responsible for the entire system lifecycle - from IT strategy and planning through improvement plans, RFP creation, requirements specification, project management for implementation utilizing internal/external resources, operation/maintenance, and decommissioning. Internal systems utilize cloud technologies including AWS. Key Responsibilities: Network management of head office, information systems server management, internal help desk, IT planning, annual plan execution, external negotiations, and coordination. Mission: Improve company-wide business productivity through IT, promote IT services and utilization, and optimize IT costs. Requirements: 2+ years server construction/operation experience; 1+ year network construction/operation experience. Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1). Preferred: Language skills (English/Korean). Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY annually. Location: Tokyo, Minato (directly connected to Roppongi-itchome Station). Hours: 10:00-19:00 with flexible arrangements available post-trial period.
