Customer quality engineer (CQE) with Korean as the working language, based at the company headquarters in Qixia District, Nanjing, two openings. Responsibilities: handle customer complaints; coordinate the resolution of customer-reported quality issues; prepare customer 8D reports; attend and document customer factory audits and audit improvement reports; conduct failure analysis on market returns; communicate, receive and organize product quality information with customers; compile statistics on returned products, develop corrective action plans with relevant departments, track implementation and verify results; complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements: bachelor's degree or higher, Korean language proficiency for workplace communication, familiarity with quality management methodologies and 8D report preparation, 1-3 years of experience. Full-time, 10,000-13,000 RMB over 13 months.
