Customer Care Officer (Korean & English Speaking)

Exotissimo Vietnam Travel (Exo Travel) is hiring a Customer Care Officer in Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi. Responsibilities: - Handle customer and partner inquiries including emergency calls - Support complaint resolution for clients and agents - Monitor service quality across customer segments - Collaborate with operations teams on service issues - Collect and share customer feedback internally - Support concierge/VIP luxury client services Requirements: - Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) - Shift availability (5 days/week, weekends included, 07:00-22:00 KST) - Strong service mindset with attention to detail - MS Office proficiency and travel systems knowledge - Bachelor's degree minimum - Korean tourism knowledge preferred Benefits: 18 annual leave days, personal and accident insurance, hybrid work arrangement, 13th month performance bonus, EXO Group training access, family travel discounts.
