Customer Onboarding Analyst - Texas Instruments, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan, Entry Level, Full-time. As part of the Customer Onboarding team, this position partners with sales to attract, engage, and onboard customers to conduct business through self-service channels directly with TI. Responsibilities include guiding sales teams and customers through setup processes to accelerate design-ins to customer supply chains. Primary Responsibilities: manage committed customer handoffs from engagement initiation through checkout profile creation until direct transacting capability is achieved; monitor onboarding dashboards and provide guided support; ensure best-in-class convenience via self-service tutorials; partner with sales area directors and F&O teams supporting supply chain programs; gather feature requests for the platform team; drive operational excellence (JIT processes, liability calculations, real-time R2R, CSC automation, Boomi automation); ensure customer master data accuracy. Qualifications (Preferred): Bachelor's degree or higher; B2B/System and Supply Chain knowledge; digital commerce knowledge (API, EDI, RPA, SAP, Supply Chain, JIT, Consignment); fluent in Japanese and Korean; strong project management; data analytics skills (Spotfire, BO, SQL, Python); effective cross-functional communication.
