This role supports customer lifecycle management for Korea operations with flexibility to work from properties, home, or remote locations. Key Responsibilities: - Compliance: verify IDs/documents during booking; maintain 100% updated tenant records; ensure occupancy adherence - Pre-Sales: respond to leads within 10 minutes; manage booking forms - Post-Sales: address tenant inquiries on invoices, payments, check-in, lease terms; facilitate smooth move-in experiences; secure agreements and payments Required Qualifications: - Bilingual: English and Korean – professional working proficiency - Previous customer service experience - Bachelor's degree (Business, Communication, or related field) - Problem-solving and communication excellence - Customer empathy and satisfaction focus - Persuasive negotiation abilities, goal-oriented with pressure management - CRM software familiarity, adaptability to changing environments
