Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (Korean Speaking) - Airwallex - Shanghai
Responsibilities: Achieve growth targets for cross-border payment business and maintain deep client relationships. Monitor merchants' daily cross-border transactions and report operational status. Stay informed on industry policies, compliance requirements, and risk control standards. Collaborate with product and R&D teams on market analysis and feedback. Resolve client issues efficiently (pricing, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring). Provide data analysis support to promote client business development. Drive product and process optimization.
Requirements: Strong educational background; Korean & English is a must, Mandarin preferred. 3-5 years relevant industry experience (enterprise client experience preferred). Detail-oriented, results-driven with strong communication skills. Strong data analysis capabilities. Proactive, team-oriented, resilient under pressure.
Full-time, mid-to-senior level. Financial services industry.
