Data Associate (Korean Language Team), AGI Data Services - Amazon Japan Location: Osaka, Japan Employment Type: Full-time Contract Overview: Amazon Japan is recruiting Data Associates to support AI quality improvement and development through evaluation of voice, text, image, and video data essential for AI training. Key Responsibilities: - Data evaluation and management: assess and label diverse data types; generate high-quality human judgment data; monitor generative AI harmful content - Quality management: perform KPI-based work; identify and analyze error patterns; propose quality solutions and process improvements - Team collaboration: support daily tasks across multiple work types; respond proactively to internal inquiries; implement field support - AI development support: contribute to responsible AI development; make informed decisions with incomplete information - Translation: translate Japanese or English guidelines into Korean Required Qualifications: - Korean native-level proficiency - Daily conversation ability in Japanese or English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) - PC skills and business document creation/analysis capability - Ability to collaborate smoothly and perform work accurately Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in related field - Experience with voice/language data annotation - 1+ years project coordination or management experience - Trilingual proficiency (Korean, Japanese, English) Work Schedule: Three flexible options (8:00-17:00 / 8:30-17:30 / 9:00-18:00) Benefits: Social insurance, employee discounts, 5-day work week, paid annual leave
