(District 7) IT Project Coordinator (Korean Speaking, Topik 6)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Working location: Cobi Tower 1, Hoang Van Thai Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City Required experience: More than 5 years of experience in interpretation, and IT project coordination. TOPIK 06 level is a must Job Description 1. IT Project Communication Coordinate IT project requirements, change requests, schedules, meeting minutes, and issue tracking. Facilitate communication between Headquarters and development teams. Support Korean and Vietnamese/English communication throughout project execution. 2. Translation, Interpretation, and Documentation Interpret and summarize technical and business content during IT-related meetings for clear understanding. Translate documents, emails, and reports between Korean and Vietnamese/English, ensuring basic quality checks. Provide concise summaries of key meeting points to support management, Managers, and development teams. 3. ODC Administration and Operational Support Assist with general administration including attendance, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management. Handle official communications, notices, and responses between HQ and relevant departments. Maintain documentation and records in compliance with internal regulations, ensuring smooth operations. 4. Competencies, Work Attitude, and AI Utilization Understand basic IT concepts and support smooth communication during project implementation. Demonstrate diligence, reliability, and meticulous record/document management. Enhance efficiency by leveraging AI and collaboration tools for translation, documentation, and meeting minutes. Requirements TOPIK 06 level is a must At least 5 years of experience in interpretation, and IT project coordination. Experience working with Korean companies is preferred. Strong interpretation skills for IT-related meetings. Experience with enterprise or manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, MES, SCM, or related systems is preferred.
