Customer support role for a Korean cross-border e-commerce platform in Nagoya, Aichi. Duties: customer purchase support, product page creation/management, email/chat inquiries, inventory and shipping management. Requires basic PC skills and business Japanese; Korean language ability is a welcome condition (歓迎条件). Two days off weekly, transportation covered, training provided, no experience required. Company delivers Korean brands/products to Japanese customers.
