Finance, Accounting, & Administrative Officer

About the role We are seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Administrative Officer to join our team in Jakarta. This full-time role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Based in central Jakarta, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cross-functional business activities. What you'll be doing Handling tax, accounting, and general administrative tasks Coordinating with Korean branch offices Managing government-related affairs Supporting future BPOM-related processes and documentation What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment Fluency in English (TOEIC score of 600 or above, or possession of an equivalent English qualification.) and Bahasa Indonesia. Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage Preferably residing in or able to commute easily to Jakarta Knowledge of Indonesian FDA (BPOM) regulations is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and other document editing software, with a strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, adaptability in organizational settings, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and no restrictions on overseas business travel (passport holder with at least one year of validity remaining). Excellent communication skills with relevant organizations, as well as attention to detail, patience, and perseverance, are required.
