Responsibilities include general front desk operations, customer service for guests and VIPs, handling special requests and complaints, staff training, and supporting Front Office and Duty Managers. Requirements: 5+ years front desk or club lounge experience (manager-level preferred), business-level English (TOEIC 735-860), and fluent Japanese (JLPT N1); Chinese and Korean proficiency welcomed and Opera hotel system knowledge preferred. Starting salary ¥280,000 monthly with experience-based increases, full transportation reimbursement, bonuses twice yearly, social insurance, training programs, IHG discounts, 120 annual paid holidays, and car commuting permitted.
