FTA Center Specialist

KOTRA Jakarta (Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency) is hiring an FTA Center Specialist to conduct marketing activities supporting Korean SMEs entering the Indonesian market. Main duties: provide information on Indonesia's non-tariff barriers; promote Korea-ASEAN FTA, RCEP and K-I CEPA utilization to overseas buyers and Korean clients; offer FTA utilization consultation and help resolve difficulties; monitor non-tariff barriers implemented by the Indonesian government and prepare status reports; understand FTA details between Korea and Indonesia and serve as the communication channel between Korean companies and Indonesian buyers; monitor FTA trends and disseminate information through seminars and infographics; receive and coordinate inquiries from Korean companies; conduct market research and develop market penetration strategies; meet annual targets and KPIs; and execute SNS marketing for the Korea-Indonesia FTA. Requirements: high proficiency in Korean (preferred) or English for communicating and writing reports; 1-5 years experience in overseas logistics, international trade, marketing or B2B sales preferred; bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Studies, Administration, Economics or Marketing; client-oriented attitude; and eligibility to work in Indonesia. Contract is one year, renewable annually, with a three-month probation period.
