This role strengthens Japan operations' foundation through GA duties while driving customer experience as a core CS support partner. Primary Responsibilities: General Affairs (main) - maintain and manage office space, supplies, and IT assets; inventory and asset management; access control, security protocols, internal operations support; process improvement and efficiency optimization. Sales/CS Support (sub) - support sales operations; first-response B2B/B2C customer success (phone, chat); assist CS operations and KPI management. Must-Have Requirements: 1+ years hands-on experience in GA, operations management, or similar; ability to prioritize and execute tasks; capacity to structurally identify issues and develop solutions; smooth stakeholder communication internally and externally.
