Global Business Development (Korean speaking)

VinDynamics (backed by Vingroup, humanoid robotics) is hiring a Global Business Development specialist (Korean speaking) in Hanoi. Vietnamese nationals based in Hanoi only. Responsibilities: - Own and manage the global partner pipeline (distributors, integrators, enterprise clients) across Vietnam, MENA, US, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia - Outbound prospecting and account development from first contact through contract - Build a qualified account portfolio with ARR targets; track pipeline in CRM - Represent VinDynamics at international trade shows (Hannover Messe, GITEX, Automate, RoboDEX, ICRA, ITAP Singapore) - Develop strategic alliances with AI companies, robotics integrators, automation buyers Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Engineering or related - 3+ years B2B sales with USD 500,000+ closed deals - Proven international exposure; fluent business English; Korean speaking per role focus - Active B2B network in technology, AI, automation, robotics sectors - Willing to travel frequently across target markets Benefits: competitive income, 13th-month salary, performance bonuses, meal allowance, annual trips, health insurance, Vingroup ecosystem benefits.
