Xinobi AI seeks a Global Project Manager to lead and coordinate international R&D, PoC, and partnership projects across Japan, Korea, and the U.S. Act as the cross-border execution hub managing schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables for AI development projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage global R&D/PoC/partnership projects across multiple regions; oversee schedule and resource allocation; coordinate with external partners and research institutions; bridge research and business functions; collaborate with AI/engineering teams (LLM, Agent, Data); define and track KPI metrics; facilitate cross-border communication and governance; report progress to executives; manage international collaboration logistics including language, time zone, and cultural alignment. Required: Proven PM/PMO experience in software or AI projects; strong project planning and risk management; excellent English communication; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders; startup or venture company experience preferred.
